Kelly McGrath has demonstrated an unmatched enthusiasm for educating herself and her clients. It is her ability to develop and maintain the strongest of relationships with clients, plan sponsors, record-keepers and third-party administrators that makes Kelly such a critical component of the IRONOAK team and indispensable to her clients. Kelly assists businesses with the design, implementation and investment management of their employee and executive benefit plans.

Her goal is to help business owners attract, retain, and reward their best employees. Being part of a team that works on succession planning for privately held business owners, she understands the importance of retaining a stellar team.

Kelly is a graduate of Saint Leo University Tampa, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a MBA from University of Maryland. Kelly started at Merrill Lynch as a finance analyst. Following a move to Germany, Kelly joined IMCOM-Europe as a Management Analyst, where she concentrated on tracking and recording fund performance, analyzing expenses and returns on investments. Kelly has been Investment Advisor Representative since 2010, perfecting her craft in retirement plan consulting. In 2017 she was nominated as one of the Top Women Retirement Advisors.

Kelly and her husband have an active lifestyle. She is enthusiastic about traveling with her family, healthy cooking, and working with local charitable groups.
